| Pre-Existing condition exclusion period and unique feature of this policy | 12 Months immediately preceding effective date This exclusion is waived for the first $20,000 in eligible medical expenses incurred outside the United States and Canada (for persons age 65 and over, the amount is $2,500). This waiver does not include coverage for known, scheduled, required, or expected medical care, drugs, or treatments existent or necessary prior to the effective date of this program. |

| Coverge can be extended (minimum: 5 days) up to 12 months. Provided there is no break in coverage, you will not be required to re-satisfy your Deductible, Coinsurance or Pre-existing Condition provision. There will be a renewal fee of $25 per policy, in addition to the premium. |
