| Pre-Existing condition exclusion period and un-expected recurrence of Pre-Existing condition | 3 Years immediately preceding effective date This Plan shall pay, up to $20,000 (Age sixty-five (65) and older, up to $2,500) subject to the chosen Deductible and Coinsurance, for Covered Expenses resulting from a sudden, unexpected recurrence of a Pre-existing Condition while traveling outside the United States. This benefit does not include coverage for known, scheduled, required, or expected medical care, drugs or Treatments existent or necessary prior to the Effective Date of coverage. |

| Coverge can be extended (minimum: 5 days) up to 12 months. Provided there is no break in coverage, you will not be required to re-satisfy your Deductible, Coinsurance or Pre-existing Condition provision. There will be a renewal fee of $25 per policy, in addition to the premium. |
